The Problem

This client came to Tefcote with numerous hygiene requirements. Surfaces were mainly tiled, with small areas plastered. Tiled areas looked aged and unappealing. The tiles were also cracked and grout problems were rife. This meant that the surfaces harboured mould and fungi, and hygiene standards were severely constricted.

The Solution

Tefcote Hygienic Coating, Specification 1 & 2 with 4000HRX Topcoat.

The Tefcote System was easily applied over the existing tiles, thus eliminating any hygiene problems occurring from grout or cracks. A reinforced system was preferential in wetter areas, such as the showers and swimming pool, due its excellent water-shedding properties.
